Our agricultural holdings consist of collections of rubber plantations, oil palm plantations, and farmsteads. The rubber and oil palm plantations have been ceded to third parties for annual fees and terms that add value to our portfolio. We strive to maximize returns and control risks through our discretionary decisions, improvements to the land and income, while maintaining exceptional relationships with our farmers and tenants.
