Global-Czar Limited seeks significant opportunities in the oil and gas industry, given the huge demands for oil products and very favourable local legislation. The local content Act and the soon-to-be-signed Petroleum Industry Bill provide the necessay platforms and enabling environment for us to team up with willing foreign partners to operate fully in Nigeria's oil and gas industry. More importantly, our managing Trustee and another co-Trustee were very senior managers at Shell Petroleum Nigeria during which time they built extensive links and networks with oil and gas policy makers.

Global Czar currently has small share holdings in oil and gas exploration companies (Upstream) and oil products marketing companies (Downstream).

The global appetite for oil and gas products will continue to ensure the sustained demand for oil in the coming years, and we hope to consolidate and grow our oil and gas business with willing partners.
